Workforce Mentor

Reference No: HO/06/WM/18

CLOSED  12/07/2018

Location: Tickhill, Doncaster

Salary: £28,281

Established in 1975, the Hesley Group provides flexible, specialist residential services and schools. We aim to offer the best possible care, education and vocational opportunities for young people and adults, often with autism, who have a learning disability and complex needs including behaviour which may challenge.

Within our busy Workforce Development Team, we now seek to appoint two workforce mentors to support the existing teams within the organisation. This post will have responsibility for coaching and mentoring colleagues from within the Hesley Group.

You will engage, mentor, support and motivate staff in their development and integration into the positive values and cultures within Hesley Group. You will provide opportunities and guidance that enable the transfer of learning into effective practice for staff and managers.

It is essential that you have experience in a care environment to ensure you are able to provide relevant and contextual support within the role.

This role requires flexibility within hours of work and location so as to meet the training needs of all groups of staff. It is therefore essential that you have the ability to travel between establishments as required by the role.

If you believe you fulfil the above and are looking for a new challenge or experience, this is an excellent opportunity.

For an informal discussion about the role, please contact Angela Stanton-Greenwood on 01302 866906.
