We are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist. You will work as part of dedicated multidisciplinary teams that includes Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Applied Behaviour Analysts and Care teams. You will be a part of a larger OT and Therapeutic Services team based across the six distinct areas of our service.
We are seeking one Occupational Therapist to support further development of both the service and the team members within the existing services.
The role is to provide a service to the individuals who live within the group and to ensure that admission, time living within the service and the transition process is supported by considering each person’s occupational needs as required within a Positive Behavioural Support framework. You would be working within a private organization to support individuals within the service to develop occupational skills to enable them to become more independent and able to live a lifestyle of their choosing that supports health and wellbeing.

The service is committed to supporting people through access to a broad range of Continuing Professional Development activities, clinical support through individual, group and peer supervision and numerous opportunities for multi-professional learning.
