Established in 1975, the Hesley Group provides flexible, specialist residential services and schools. We aim to offer the best possible care, education and vocational opportunities for young people and adults, often with autism, who have a learning disability and complex needs including behaviour that may challenge.   

We are now looking for a Relief Driver Support.  This is a privotal role in facilitating and supporting a safe and reliable commute for the people who use our service and their accompanying staff in and around the local area. You will provide additional support to the people who use our services at the location/activity itself, in line with the individuals support plan.

You will provide a safe and reliable service in consideration of highway codes, health and safety and basic vehicle maintenance.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively and have experience of working as an effective team member. A full, clean and current driving licence is essential for this role. Previous experience of driving in a commercial capacity would be advantageous.
